Q: How do I open an account with your company?
A: To open an account, please fax your Tax I.D. / Resale Certificate and a business card / letter head via Toll Free Fax 1-888-505-EURO (3876) along with the filled out new account and credit card authorization forms.
  
Q: How can I get samples or see your line of goods?
A: As soon as we receive your company information, a sales rep will contact you to present our full line or
we will mail out samples directly to you.
  
Q: What is the return policy?
A: For proper inspection of goods we allow our customers 14 days from the receipt of goods to carefully examine and report
any defected goods. We will not accept any cut merchandise. There is a 15% restocking fee on goods returned after 14 days. 
Exchanges are only accepted 30 days after the initial purchase. Any cut merchandise will not be accepted. No refunds. 
  
Q: What freight carriers do you normally ship with?
A: Shipments   - less than 200 lbs are normally shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL.
                          - over 200 lbs are normally shipped via, LOGISTICS, UPS Freight unless a preferred carrier is                                 selected.

Q: How long does it take for my order to ship out?
A: All orders received by 4 PM Mon-Friday are guaranteed to ship on the same business day. Please notify our office staff of any RUSH orders and we will accommodate you.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: That depends on where you are located. Click here to see our UPS Transit Days map.
  
Q: What if my invoice is past due?
A: If you are experiencing difficulties trying to make a payment please contact our staff and we will work out a payment plan with your company. If you simply decide not to pay your bill without notifying us your account will be handled by our Debt Collector.

Q: What are your office and showroom hours?
A: Our Corporate Headquarters in New Jersey is open Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time.

Q: Can my fabrics be treated for fire protection?
A: Yes, fabrics can be treated with a fire retardant and the certificate of verification is provided.
